Using the patient search, the "patient summary" is one click away. The patient summary maintains complete patient records, including all past and future appointments, as well as current and back-up equipment.
The patient summary also records every purchase and offers immediate access to a receipt. Insurance, direct mail mailings and a "notes" section are also available from the patient Summary page.
The privacy area indicates if HIPAA waivers have been signed and states if it is okay to call and or mail a particular patient. This information also appears whenever you download a mailing list. |
