From the appointments page you can schedule appointments for all your providers and access; the Call List, Inventory, Receipts, Reports, Marketing and the Administration area. You can also quickly search for patients or jump to other clinics in your company.
At a glance you can tell which appointments are confirmed, not confirmed, no shows and completed. (please see the key at the bottom of the page).
To initiate making an appointment from the schedule page, simply click on the schedule beneath the desired provider and the Search window will load. You will be able to either search for one of your current patients or add a new one. |
