The "call list" maintains any and all patient-related calls. Each appointment to be confirmed populates the day before the actual appointment. "no shows" and "reschedules" automatically show on the call list and stay there until an action is taken.
"Fittings" and "repair pickups" automatically populate the call list when the hearing aids arrive and are checked in through the inventory. |
